China Empire Marine Equipment Factory (China Empire Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd.) was established in year 2002.It is located in JingJiang City JiangSu Province, at the north end of the JiangYin ChangJiang Bridge, 200 kilometers away from Shanghai, and leans the ShangHai-NanJing railway and highway. All these superior geographic location provides convenient traffic for us.
The factory covers a total area of 48,000m2, of which 18,000m2 are the preliminary building area of workshop, including the workshops for mechanical working, cold working & welding, metal welding fabrication etc. The factory mainly design and produce kinds of rudder (balance rudder , half-balance rudder , flap type rudder , etc) , shafting , stern frame , ship deck machinery and its spares , deck fittings , metal welding structures . Besides the standard products comply with the GB and JIS standard and the class regulation of LR, DNV, GL, ABS, NK, BV, RINA, KR, CCS, the factory can also design and produce all kinds of non-standard products according to customer’s requirements, and can also accept the orders for kinds of mechanical process and steel structures. Since the establishment, we have produced more than hundreds shipset of marine rudder system (including all the rudder parts, such as the rudder construction, rudder carrier, rudder stock etc.) and the stern frame. It is one of the few professional factories in China which is specialized in producing the stern frame and rudder system.
The factory were fully equipped with various mechanical machines of more the 30 sets, e.g. different sized lathes, boring machines, planning machines, grinding machines, milling machines etc, including the heavy lathe and the 10 X2.5M heavy-duty floor type boring and milling machine which can process the max. working piece of ф2500Х14000mm size which weight can be 63 tons, and also equipped with the gantry crane of 120 Tons .
The factory established the quality management system according to ISO9001: 2000 standard, owing a sound materials testing and chemical analysis test system, Organizing production in strict accordance with norms, standards requirements, and achieved the CSQA GB/T19001-2000 quality assurance system certification. Products were obtained LR, DNV, GL, ABS, NK, BV, RINA, KR, CCS and other certificates issued by classification societies
